Nelson's Column

On Easter Monday 1916, with Zeppelin raids taking place over the south of England, the British Prime Minister was told a military uprising had broken out in Dublin. It was the start of six days of street fighting in Dublin and years of conflict that would lead to the founding of a new nation.
A guided walk by a London Blue Badge Tourist Guide along Whitehall to the Houses of Parliament to discover the personalities and forces that formed the backdrop to events that occurred at Easter in Dublin 1916.
An amazing journey that will  enhance our understanding of these momentous events.
Price: £10. £8 Concessions.
